All items are clearly described in our detailed listings and we strive to offer items in Excellent Condition.
Payment: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Canadian residents are subject to applicable sales taxes.

Please let us know if you plan to purchase an item by Cheque or Money Order. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Shipping: We offer in-house shipping; each item is expertly packaged. We have safely shipped thousands of parcels around the world without incident.
Most items can be shipped via Canada Post at an economical rate (for example, most small items can be sent within Canada or the United States for less than $25).
Because we package items ourselves, we are able to pass the savings on to you.
Courier shipping (UPS, FedEx) for select items is available at an additional cost.
Please let us know if you have any specific questions and we will provide you with an Exact Rate.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply let us know, return it to us in the same condition and we will refund your money.
Guarantee: We guarantee the accuracy of our item descriptions. A detailed receipt including the full description and price will be provided with every shipment and should be kept with your records.

Information we collect may include your name, email address, telephone number and billing and shipping addresses.
We do not sell, rent or disclose our customers’ names, addresses, email addresses or any other personal information of any kind to any entity outside of Goldfinch Antiques except to process your order and ship to you and unless required by law.
We do share limited specific information to third parties (such as Canada Post and other shippers) in order to facilitate the transport of your purchases.
